Thicker, Healthier, Greener Lawns.
Six services, one program, and a schedule built around the Ohio growing season. Here's exactly what each visit puts into your lawn.
The servicesWhat our annual program includes.
Most companies quote you a spray program and sell aeration separately. Core aeration and premium overseeding are built into every Thick Lawns program at no extra cost.
-

Annual Programs
The full six-visit calendar on one price. Pre-emergent, weed control, three feedings, aeration, overseeding and a winterizer sequenced so each visit builds on the last.
-

Weed Control
A spring pre-emergent barrier stops crabgrass germinating at all, then targeted broadleaf control clears dandelion, clover and plantain without thinning the turf around them.
-

Fertilization
Slow-release nutrition timed to each season a wake-up feed in spring, a protective feed through summer stress, and a root-building winterizer in late fall.
-

Core Aeration
Central Ohio clay compacts hard. Pulling cores opens the soil so water, air and nutrients reach the root zone instead of running off the surface.
-

Premium Overseeding
Elite seed varieties dropped into freshly aerated soil in fall. This is the single biggest lever on thickness, and it's included in the program rather than sold separately.
-

Turf Maintenance
Evaluation on every visit, spot treatment of thin or damaged areas, and a plan for anything that needs more than a standard application.
